Event Description

You are cordially invited to the So Cal NTIS Prospect Games 14U-17U to play in front of local colleges and compete for a spot on "Team So Cal" headed to Cary, North Carolina to play in USA Baseball's National Team Identification Series event in August (17U/16U) and in September (11u/14u).

Camp Description

The So Cal NTIS College Camp Games I will be held at Westview High School in San Diego. This will be the first part of the selection for "Team Southern California" for the 14U, 16U & 17U Division in Southern California for players in the graduation class of 2014-2018.

College coaches will be on staff for this event. Coaches will be involved in the coaching and teaching of players during a game setting. We will have colleges on staff from DI to JC's. For information on colleges who will be working this event, send an email to info@socalntis.com

Players will participate in a showcase style workout in the morning of Saturday June 1st. Players will do the following workout:

60 Yard Run
Infield / Outfield Skills
Batting Practice
Catcher Pop Times

Players will be scouted by So Cal NTIS Staff members who will look to select players for Team Southern California to attend the National Team Identification Series (NTIS) in Cary, NC. Players will be able to showcase their skills in a showcase style setting and in games that will give them an potential opportunity to be selected.

Players will be selected from this event as well as the So Cal NTIS Championships for "Team Southern California". There will also be additional players that will be selected from the Hawaii High School Showcase in May.

* Belt & Socks
* Baseball Spikes
* Glove
* Batting Helmet
* Baseball Bat
* Protective Cup
* Catchers should bring their own catching gear
