EVENT RULES

• 7 inning games
• 2 Hours - no new inning
• Flip for home team in pool play
• Each team must have a scorekeeper and report final scores to the NTIS #
• Pool winners seeded into Championship Round 
• All other teams will play a 3rd game consolation

• NFHS High School Rules - no fake 3rd to first pick
• Runner for Pitcher and Catcher (sub or last out)
•     cannot use a sub who is no longer eligible

•     15 after 4
•     10 after 5
• No pitching restrictions - Please be responsible and follow pitchsmart.org
• All Bats must be BBCOR or wood
• 2001 birth date players are eligible for 14U and 2002 birth date players are eligible for 13u NTIS. The 13u NTIS will be televised on MLB Network.  So Cal NTIS also reserves the right to consider top 2000 birthdate players for the 16u NTIS. 
• Teams provide their own baseballs – One Dozen baseballs will be provided to each team for the event
